About SolveDaily
Last updated: September 30, 2026.
SolveDaily is an independent puzzle companion site. Every day we publish spoiler-safe, progressive hints for the daily word and logic puzzles people love, and for readers who want them, carefully verified answers that sit behind a clear click-to-reveal control. Nothing here is copied from other sites. Every hint is written in our own words, every answer is checked before it goes live, and every page is built to help you enjoy the puzzle, not ruin it.
What we publish
Each day covers up to seven games: Wordle, NYT Connections, Strands, Spelling Bee, Pips, Quordle, and Octordle. Every game has its own page that refreshes daily with gentle hints first, stronger hints next, and the answer last, hidden until you choose to see it. We add difficulty notes, strategy tips, and a look back at recent answers, so regular readers get something new even on days they solve everything themselves.
Hints first, answers only when you ask
Our rule is simple: hints first, answers only when you ask for them. We know half the fun is the solve, so answers never appear in headlines, page previews, or anywhere you might see them by accident. If you only want a nudge, you can stop at the first hint. If you are stuck and just want to move on with your day, the answer is one click away.
Verified before it goes live
Every answer on SolveDaily is checked against the game's official source before publication. If an answer cannot be confirmed, the page update is held until it can be. We never publish guesses, and we would rather post late than post wrong. Our Fact-Checking Policy describes the process in full, and our Official Sources page explains where each answer is confirmed.
Who is behind SolveDaily
SolveDaily is a small, founder-led site. Omer Akbar, our Founder and CEO, oversees the project and sets its verification-first standards. Murtaza Ali, our content reviewer, checks every hint and answer before publication. A page only goes live once he has confirmed it. You can read more about Omer Akbar and Murtaza Ali.
Free tools
Alongside the daily pages, we offer free puzzle tools: a Word Finder that unscrambles letters into valid words across five dictionaries, including Scrabble US, Scrabble UK, and Words With Friends word lists, and a Wordle Helper that narrows down possible answers from your green, yellow, and gray letters. Both run entirely in your browser, and both are free to use.
Independent and unaffiliated
SolveDaily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The New York Times or any game publisher. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are puzzle fans writing for puzzle fans, and our goal is simple: make your morning puzzle routine a little more fun.
