Short version: we do not set tracking or advertising cookies ourselves. The longer version is below.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Sites use them for all kinds of purposes: remembering your preferences, keeping you logged in, measuring visits, or, in the annoying case, following you around the web with targeted ads. Some cookies last only until you close your browser, while others persist for months. Browsers also have local storage and similar technologies that work much like cookies, and this policy covers those too.
What SolveDaily sets
Nothing, on our side. SolveDaily is a static site with no user accounts, no logins, no shopping carts, and no personalization, so we have no need for cookies and we do not set any ourselves: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no preference cookies. Your visit leaves no cookie footprint from us.
Third-party cookies
If we ever embed third-party content, such as a video player or a social media feed, that provider may set its own cookies under its own cookie policy, and we would have no control over them. We do not currently embed such content. If that changes, this policy and our Privacy Policy will be updated first to name the provider and explain what it sets, before the embed goes live.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal with every request. Because we do not track visitors ourselves, there is nothing on our side for that signal to change, but we respect the intent behind it.
Managing cookies
You can block, restrict, or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under privacy or security options. Every major browser also offers a private or incognito mode that discards cookies when the window closes, and most let you clear cookies for individual sites. SolveDaily works fully without cookies, so blocking them will not break anything on the site. If a third-party embed is ever added, its cookies would be controlled the same way through your browser.
Why you will not see a cookie banner here
Many sites show a cookie consent banner because they set tracking or advertising cookies and need your permission first. Since SolveDaily sets no cookies of its own, there is nothing to consent to, so we do not show one. If third-party embeds are ever added, we will revisit this and ask for consent wherever the law requires it.
